Q. What if the product I received is defective or if I receive a different product than what I ordered?

A. If you receive a defective product or a product different from what you ordered, we will either return it or exchange it for the same product.

(Exchanges are only available if stock is available)

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns if we do not receive your contact within 3 days of receiving the product.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (color, size, etc.)
・Products without tags ・Products that have been delivered more than 3 days ago ・Products that have been used, altered, washed or dry-cleaned ・Products that have acquired odors, stains or scratches while in the customer's possession

If there is a problem with the product, please contact us via the inquiry form within 3 days of receiving the product to inquire about the product's condition.

  • If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us with a description of the defective part of the product and clearly indicate which option you would like.

    Q. What if I order the wrong item?

    A.Normally, we do not accept returns or refunds.

    A. Only if the product you received is defective or if you received a different product than the one you ordered.

    If payment has already been confirmed, the refund will be made via bank transfer.
    The actual deduction will not occur until your order has been shipped.
    If the transaction is cancelled, the credit limit will be released and you will no longer be charged.

    We will refund your payment by bank transfer to your specified bank account.
    [Apple Pay]
    If payment has already been confirmed, the refund will be made via bank transfer.
    The actual deduction will not occur until your order has been shipped.

    Q. Regarding long-term absence and incomplete address

    If you are not at home, the delivery company will notify you by sending a notification of absence. Please use the notification to request redelivery yourself.


    Any items that are shipped more than 7 days ago will be automatically returned to the warehouse.
    *If the shipping address is incorrect, the package will be returned as the address is unknown.
    *Items that have reached the storage period will be discarded, and we will not be able to reship or refund any items under any circumstances.

    ・We have noticed that many customers forget to fill in their address, so please check it when purchasing.

    If cancellations due to customer reasons (long-term absence, incorrect address, etc.) continue, we will take measures to restrict payment methods. Please receive your ordered items within the period.

    Q. I purchased a product but haven't received a shipping email yet.

    A. Once shipping is complete, a shipping email will be automatically sent to the email address you registered.

    It's possible that the email ended up in your junk mail by mistake, so please check your junk mail box.

    *If it has been between 10 and 21 days since you made your payment, we will be in the process of ordering the items you ordered from our overseas warehouse, so we would appreciate your patience for a while.

    *If you have not received your order within one month, please contact us using the inquiry form. Our staff will respond within 24 hours.

    !Caution!
    1) Our store has a high inventory liquidity, so there may be cases where the product is out of stock or the shipment is not delivered after ordering. In the unlikely event that the product is out of stock or the shipment is not delivered, we will contact you by email.

    2) Regarding delivery periods for products, if you purchase products with different delivery periods at the same time, the products will be shipped according to the later delivery date.


    3) The color of the product may differ from the image due to the lighting conditions and indoors. Also, please understand that the color may differ depending on the characteristics of each monitor.

    4) Once an order has been completed, we cannot accept changes to the color or size of the order.

    - We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size changes, different colors, different images, or actual measurements.

    -As this is an overseas product, the size may vary.

    -As this is an overseas product, the fabric material may differ from the photo.

    ・Because this is an overseas product, the sewing may be rough. There may be fraying, loose threads, no washing tags, wrinkles, and loose beads and buttons. Please understand this before purchasing.

    ・Because these are overseas products, some items such as jeans, denim bottoms, blouses, jackets, etc. may not have buttonholes. In that case, please note that you will need to make holes yourself.

    - Products that have been smelled or stained, tried on, or washed cannot be exchanged or returned.
    ・Items cannot be exchanged or returned if more than 3 days have passed since arrival.
